Shelby man arrested for drunk driving, 2nd-offense

GRANT TWP. — Deputies from the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 43-year-old Shelby man for operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), second offense, Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 9:57 p.m. in the 2600 block of West Webster Road.
