HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, Dec. 3, in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

– Thomas Craig Merten, 54, of 230 E. Polk Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 15 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of taking a deer without validated tag. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Sindy Carbajal, 19, of 7896 56^th St., Fremont, was arrested Nov. 23 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) 15 for a misdemeanor of operating an unregistered vehicle. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jaclyn Sue Sawdy, 29, of 1593 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 23 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jerry Lee Wigren, 53, of 8996 Shawbacoung Trail, Shelby, was arrested (no arrest date available/warrant issued Nov. 20) by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Edward Chris Pankow, 47, of 2035 W. Lever Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 13 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of recreational trespassing. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Juan Morales-Alanis, 30, of 33 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
