27th Circuit Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Janey Marie Strobridge, 39, of 681 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, pleaded no contest Oct. 13 to third-degree home invasion. She was sentenced Nov. 25 to 90 days in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with 30 days forthwith and credit for one day served; one year probation; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; must use prescription drugs only as prescribed; must complete treatment programs as directed by probation agent; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of second-degree home invasion was dismissed.

substance – possession of a non-narcotic. She was sentenced Nov. 25 to 11 months in jail to be served at the court’s discretion with 30 days forthwith and credit for one day served; serve weekends in jail beginning Jan. 25; one year probation; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; must complete treatment programs directed by probation agent; and $198 in fines and costs.

– George John Rundblad, 25, of 30829 Everette St., Southfield, Mich., received an amended sentence, Nov. 17, for a Dec. 16, 2013 conviction of controlled substance – use of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to six months in jail to be served at the court’s discretion; may not use/possess controlled substances; and driver’s license suspended, restricted after 30 days.
