HART – The following were sentenced Monday, Nov. 10, by 78th District Court Judge H. Kevin Drake:
– Ivy Marie Cobb, 29, of 10682 Brickyard Rd., Holton, was found guilty Nov. 10 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to $1,105 in fines and costs; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Alexander Scott Payne, 18, of 1419 W. Jackson Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 10 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to $1,155 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and must complete probation on other case. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jaime Perez-Valencia, 49, of 4132 E. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 10 of operating with a high BAC (blood alcohol content). He was sentenced to $1,255 in fines and costs; 180 days discretionary jail; and must complete substance abuse evaluation recommendation. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) with an occupant under 16 years of age and one count of assault and battery were dismissed.
– Travis Arden Clements, 32, of 5622 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty Nov. 10 of allowing a person to drive in violation. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.
– John Michael Stone, 20, of 1634 Hudson St., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 10 of operating a motor vehicle without security. He was sentenced to $440 in fines and costs and one year discretionary jail.
– Jeremy Lawrence Wicker, 26, of 415 S. Hart St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 10 of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to $490 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail; and no contact with the other party for one year. One count of felonious assault was dismissed.
– Jason Marshall Barnes, 35, of 157 Lynn St., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 10 of driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
