78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 12, in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

–      Levi James Mitchell, 19, of 62 Bennett St., Shelby, was arrested Nov. 3 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of violation of a restricted license. A pretrial is set for Dec. 9 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Cassie Lee Tenant, 26, of 7061 S. Driftwood Dr., Rothbury, was arrested Nov. 4 by the Michigan State Police for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid/improper. A pretrial is set for Dec. 9 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Jodi Lynn Schaefer, 48, of 169 W. 6^th St., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 31 by the Hart Police Department for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jacob Mathew Ustick, 22, of 190 E. Fruitvale Rd., Montague, was arrested Nov. 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Dec. 2 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
