Firearms stolen in break-in; motorist hits coyote

OTTO TWP. — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating a breaking and entering involving the theft of firearms that was reported at midnight Saturday, Oct. 25, in the 5000 block of Arthur Road.

MSP is also investigating a break-in reported Friday shortly after midnight in the 2000 block of Lakeview Drive in Newfield Township involving the larceny of a TV.

No other information about either case was immediately available.

The post also was called to a car-coyote crash at US-31 and Monroe Road in Weare Township Sunday, Oct. 26, at 8:50 a.m.
