HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, Oct. 15, in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

–      Roger Craig Beilfuss, 54, of 215 S. Hancock, Pentwater, was arrested Oct. 14 by the Pentwater Police Department for felonies of false pretenses – $1,000-$20,000 and habitual offender, fourth offense. A preliminary conference is set for Oct. 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

–      Yesenia N. Elizalde-Herrera, 30, of 772 N. 64th Ave., Mears, was arrested Sept. 9 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid or improper license. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Xavier Sebastian Mendoza, 27, of 6366 E. Minke Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Oct. 3 by OCSO for a misdemeanor driving while license suspended (DWLS)/letting a suspended person operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–      Saul Silva, 36, of 209 S. Dryden St., Hart, was arrested Oct. 4 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Wendy Marie Smith, 29, of 7098 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury, was arrested Oct. 6 by OCSO for a misdemeanor DWLS. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
