Hart PD investigating chiropractor’s office break-in

HART — The Hart Police Department is investigating a break-in that occured at the Brown Chiropractic & Wellness Center, at 107 W. Main St., that was reported Thursday, Oct. 9. Intruders gained access some time between Monday, Oct. 6 and Thursday, Oct. 9, through a door that was not properly locked, said Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback. They entered through the alley on the east side of the building and took a computer tablet and $60 in cash.

– 10:30 p.m., car-deer accident, Polk Rd. and 72nd Ave.

Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014

– 7:45 p.m., Friend of the Court arrest, 1100 block of Dryden St., a 26-year-old Shelby man was arrested.

Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014

– 10:30 p.m., missing resident from AFC home, 500 block of Griswold St., subject was missing for approximately one and a half hours and then located.

– 1 p.m., civil dispute, 1100 block of Dryden St.

Friday, Oct. 10, 2014

– 4:45 p.m., dog at large, 300 block of Wood St., dog turned over to Oceana County Animal Control.

– 11:40 p.m., no insurance citation, East Main St. near Oceana Dr.

Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014

– 9:40 p.m., operating while intoxicated arrest, Oceana Dr. near Polk Rd., a 38-year-old Hart man arrested.

Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014

– 3:30 a.m., noise complaint, Hart and Washington Sts., citation issued.

– 7:44 p.m., disturbance, 1100 block of Dryden St.
