HART — The Hart Police Department is investigating a break-in that occured at the Brown Chiropractic & Wellness Center, at 107 W. Main St., that was reported Thursday, Oct. 9. Intruders gained access some time between Monday, Oct. 6 and Thursday, Oct. 9, through a door that was not properly locked, said Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback. They entered through the alley on the east side of the building and took a computer tablet and $60 in cash.

– 9:40 p.m., operating while intoxicated arrest, Oceana Dr. near Polk Rd., a 38-year-old Hart man arrested.
