78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

–      Jenny Lynn Stark, 37, of 360 E. Tuttle Rd., Lot 227, Ionia, was arrested Sept. 26 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $475/cash/surety.

–      James Robert Chase, 28, of 7252 W. 20^th St., Fremont, was arrested Sept. 22 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a misdemeanor of sports fishing – fish snagging. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Robert Sean Dwyer, 26, of 507 Griswold St., Hart, was arrested Sept. 17 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of discharging a firearm in the city limits. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Jessica Ann Williams, 26, of 324 Walnut St., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 27 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–      Elizabeth Brianne Moak, 17, of 1347 Logan Rd., Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 27 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      Rogelio Noel Saldana, 24, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 26 by the Rothbury Police Department (RPD) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–      Alexis Elaine Archer, 17, of 3570 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was arrested Sept. 27 by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–      Richard Lee Rupright, 40, of 415 Spencer Rd., Mears, was arrested Sept. 25 by MSP for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–      Kimberly J. Galbreath, 41, of 3318 Beechnut, Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 21 for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Rigoberto Ortega, Jr., 19, of 1431 NE Burke Ave., Apt. A, Grand Rapids, was arrested Sept. 11 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Oct. 21 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Nicole Renee Danyluk, 20, of 7838 W. Juniper Beach Rd., Mears, was arrested Sept. 27 by HPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      George Eugene Schrink, 52, of 2139 Easthill Dr., Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 19 by MSP for misdemeanors of operating under the influence of drugs; illegal transport of medical marijuana; possession of marijuana and no operator’s license. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Sean Raymond Vermeulen, 22, of 2747 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, was arrested Sept. 25 by OCSO for misdemeanors of assault and battery and malicious destruction of personal property. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–      Jenny Lyn Stark, 37, of 176 Greenfield Dr., Ionia, was arrested Oct. 1 by HPD for a misdemeanor of failure to return property less than $200. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Frank Charles Rogowski, 59, of 2325 S. 64^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–      Cari Ann Bancroft, 44, of 1063 S. Logan Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 27 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Michele Marie German, 40, of 6660 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was arrested Sept. 30 by OCSO for misdemeanors of failure to stop at a property damage accident and DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Oct. 29 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–      Melissa Ann Grey, 44, of 2586 E. Johnson Rd., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 28 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Loren Edward Hoffman, 46, of 5893 Sunset Lane, Pentwater, was arrested Sept. 19 by the Pentwater Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Scott Jeffrey Reid, 26, of 3418 N. State St., Hart, was arrested Sept. 21 by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
