27th Circuit Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Oct. 6, in 27th Circuit Court by Judge Terrence R. Thomas:

Sterling

– Zachary A. Sterling, 21, of 27081 1800 N. Ave., Princeton, Ill., was found guilty Dec. 2, 2013 of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and one count of controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3 were dismissed.

– Alexa Olivia Vanelslander, 21, of 614 N. Foster Ave., Lansing, was found

guilty Dec. 2, 2013 of controlled substance, use of a non-narcotic. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3 was dismissed.
