Probation violation yields jail term

October 2, 2014

HART — A 22-year-old Hesperia man was sentenced Monday by 51st Circuit Court Judge Anthony Monton to 395 days in jail for probation violation.

Terry Donald Pearo, of 361 Munn St., was credited for 395 days already served. He was also ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs, and his probation was continued.

Pearo’s probation violation stems from Feb. 4, 2013 convictions of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle; habitual offender, third conviction; and probation violation.
