HART – The following were sentenced this week in 78th District Court:
– Christine Ann Malburg, 53, of 8578 N. Business US-31, Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 29 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,040 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Timothy Allen Collins, 55, of 2299 N. 84th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 30 of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC)/super drunk was dismissed.
– Robert Patrick Crase, 43, of 6548 N. 96th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 29 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.
– Jeanene Annette Conkle, 46, of 17 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 29 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
