LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:
– Benjamin Glenn Spore, 53, of 1297 Esther St., Scottville, was found guilty Sept. 16 of malicious destruction of personal property. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; two days in jail with credit for two days served; and $566 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved for 60 days. One count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.
– David James Thiel, 52, of 3662 White Trillium Dr. E, Saginaw, was found guilty Sept. 16 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,070 in fines and costs; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims Impact Panel (VIP); and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Ericka Nordstorm Wingerter, 42, of 8569 US-31, Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 16 of operating while impaired by liquor. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $870 in fine and costs; AHSE: 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next session of VIP; must attend counseling through Work It Out; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Joel Terrence Maddox, 22, of 4220 N. US-31, Scottville, was found guilty Sept. 18 of fishing without a license and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
– Ryan Yves Maccune, 27, of 6550 E. Glenn Lane, Fountain, was found guilty Sept. 18 of fishing without a license and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
– Frederick Anton Thiele, 32, of 4903 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Sept. 18 of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Corey Robert McClain, 24, of 4781 N. Ash St., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 18 of open intoxicants on street/public place and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs.
– Alexandru Marian Nistor, 22, of 410 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 18 of disorderly person – urinating in public and sentenced to a $125 fine.
– Eduardo Morales-Reves, 45, of 41 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 18 of fishing without a license and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
– Megan Christine Ellison, 21, of 5634 W. Johnson St., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 18 of improper plates – failure to transfer and sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.
– Jimmy Fayne Kemp, 60, of 2901 N. Watson Rd., St. Johns, was found guilty Sept. 18 of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Richard Lee Drullinger, 60, of 3680 Laureate Dr., Holt, was found guilty Sept. 18 of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
