HART — Adam Gene Rodriguez, 41, of 3300 Plum St., Shelby, was found guilty in 27th Circuit Court, Aug. 25, of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. He was sentenced Monday to one year in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; six months forthwith; two years probation; $198 in fines and costs; no alcohol or controlled substances and must submit to testing; must use prescription drugs only as prescribed; must complete treatment programs as directed by probation agent; 60 days community service; must waive confidentiality and allow disclosure of information to probation agent; must obey all court orders; must possess a valid State of Michigan ID; may not engage in any assaultive behavior; may not change residence without permission from probation agent; may not use any object as a weapon; must contact probation agent upon release from jail; must comply with all orders of probation agent; must allow probation agent into his residence for supervision purposes; must submit to searches of his person, place or auto; must report any police contact, loss of employment or change of residence within 24 hours; must notify probation agent of the service of a personal protection order within 24 hours; and may not drive a motor vehicle while driver’s license is suspended. One count of fleeing/resisting/obstructing, third degree, was dismissed.
