78th District Court Arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

–       Timothy Allen Strobridge, 39, of 681 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Aug. 30 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. A preliminary conference is set for Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

–       Ricardo Daniel Rodriguez-Flores, 27, of 7067 S. Applehill Rd., Rothbury, was

arrested Sept. 4 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance –

delivery/manufacture (narcotic or cocaine) stemming from a Nov. 20, 2013 incident. A preliminary conference is set for Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Smith

–       Lara Nichole Smith, 24, of 5888 W. 5^th St., Mears, was arrested Sept. 9 by MSP for a felony of controlled substance – possession of analogues stemming from an April 4 incident. A preliminary conference is set for Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Roberts

–       Joshua John Roberts, 34, of 7590 N. 186^th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested Sept. 10 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense. A preliminary conference is set for Sept. 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

–       Pamela Lynn Sanders-Prior, 54, of 5788 Bryant Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 17 by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.

–       Jesse Ray Gorenflo, 17, of 3269 S. 54^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 24 by MSP for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Gary Robert Jolman, Jr., 31, of 370 E. Church Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested Aug. 21 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–       Kendria Anne Thorsen, 19, of 2908 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was arrested Sept. 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Charles Lee England II, 26, of 2747 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, was arrested Aug. 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Collin Anthony Dodds, 21, of 3578 Harrison Rd., Hart, was arrested Sept. 2 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Jennifer Lynn McMurray-Hanlon, 23, of 4926 Dowling St., Montague, was arrested Aug. 15 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of violation of an instructional permit. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–       Dracie Lynn Arquette, 31, of 185 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 30 by MSP for a misdemeanor of breaking and entering – illegal entry. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
