SILVER LAKE — Enjoy the bounties of the fall harvest during this beautiful time of year in Oceana County by attending the fun-filled Apple & BBQ Cook-Off Festival this weekend.
Events, which are set for Friday and Saturday, include a Michigan-sanctioned Kansas City BBQ Cook-Off, craft show, classic vehicle and dune buggy show, barbecue eating contests, Festival Fun 5K Run/Walk, children’s activities, food vendors, live entertainment and much more.

Noon to 9 p.m. – Food vendors on the festival grounds: BBQ tickets required for food purchases
2-5 p.m. – Keith Scott on Festival Stage

5:30-9:10 p.m. – Rocket Fuel Haulers on Festival Stage
Saturday
