78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in 78^th District Court:

–      Clifford Allen Larson, 27, of 21 S. State St., Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 24 by the Hesperia Police Department for a misdemeanor of embezzlement – agent or trustee ($200-$1,000). A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–      Maribell Coronel, 32, of 5582 S. Oceana Dr., Apt. 2, Rothbury, was arrested Aug. 5 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Levi Dakota Wynn, 17, of 1505 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was arrested Aug. 20 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 4 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jason Marshall Barnes, 35, of 157 Lynn St., Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Darrell Lee Alvesteffer, 53, of 8909 104^th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of failure to stop – property damage accident. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Dallas Edward Guptall, 18, of 1731 N. Buys Rd., Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 16 by the Department of Natural Resources for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

–      Matthew David Miner, 27, of 67855 Klinger Lake Rd., Sturgis, was arrested Aug. 8 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Kevin Grant VanDuinen, 28, of 5327 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was arrested Aug. 21 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating with the presence of a controlled substance. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–      Richard Wesley Roberson, 60, of 8850 E. Newfield, Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 19 by MSP for three misdemeanor counts of tobacco product tax violations. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash. The arrest stems from a Nov. 13, 2013 tobacco tax inspection/seizure at Angelo’s and Riccardo’s Restaurant in Hesperia by the Sixth District Tobacco Team. Count 1 alleges selling tobacco without a license; count 2 alleges selling counterfeit cigarettes; and Count 3 alleges possessing a tobacco vending machine without a license.

–      Gilbert Lerma Revilla, 60, of 193 W. 6^th St., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 18 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Brett Wilbur Martin, 20, of 578 Abbey St., Apt. E, Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of reckless driving. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Bonfilia Calderon Diaz, 40, of 3257 Mary Ellen Dr., Riverside, Calif., was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Michael Jacob Kittel, 24, of 1781 S. 48^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Dean William Kemp, 46, of 5275 Duck Lake Rd., Whitehall, was arrested Aug. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Shana Michelle Harper-Whitlow, 36, of 3201 56^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
