HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

–       Gregory Robert Bradfield, 34, of 4671 N. Alger Ave., White Cloud, was arrested Aug. 4 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felonies of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense and fleeing a police officer, fourth degree and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A preliminary conference is set for Aug. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

–       Brittany Nichole Ball, 20, of 6188 W. Fox Rd., Apt. 18, Mears, was arrested Aug. 4 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of failure to display a valid license. A pretrial is set for Sept. 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–       Taylor Edward Vincent, 23, of 1091 Englewood Ave., Muskegon, was arrested May 10 by MSP for a misdemeanor of trespass – recreation trespass – other lands. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Julio Alberto Estello, 39, of 104 S. Hart St., Hart, was arrested Aug. 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Zachary Ryan Machovsky, 23, of 8460 S. 80^th Ave., Montague, was arrested Aug. 3 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Benjamin Porter Matthews, 33, of 2590 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested July 9 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Eric Allen Johns, 33, of 6 S. State St., Hart, was arrested by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a misdemeanor of operating a vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–       Steven Klein Bowker, 30, of 2376 W. Vanburen Rd., Hart, was arrested Aug. 7 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–       Melissa Lynn Santos, 31, of 2463 W. Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was arrested Aug. 1 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–       Benjamin Robert VanWyk, 25, of 9577 N. 192^nd Ave., Branch, was arrested July 26 by the Walkerville Police Department for a misdemeanor of failure to transfer plates. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–       Jimmie A. Moore, 43, of 5417 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Aug. 2 by the Hart Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 19 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
