HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

Harsch

– Alexander Arthur Harsch, 21, of 633 Holton Whitehall Rd., Whitehall, was arrested July 19 by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor causing serious injury. A preliminary conference is set for Aug. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Troy Alan Highland, 33, of 107 W. 5^th St., Scottville, was arrested July 31 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of violation of a restricted license. A pretrial is set for Sept. 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Olga D. Delgadillo-Aguayo, 38, of 5737 Leelanau Circle, New Era, was arrested July 8 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating a vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Frank Charles Rogowski, 59, of 2325 S. 64^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested July 20 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS)/let suspended person operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Amber Renee Sodders, 17, of 3343 E. Hansen Rd., Scottville, was arrested July 21 by PPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– David Gerald Smith, 19, of 6588 W. Victory Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 18 by PPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Clinton Eli Ebenstein, 31, of 93 S. Elm St., Hesperia, was arrested July 25 by Hesperia Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Stephanie Marie Streetman, 28, of 2362 W. Cleveland Rd., Rothbury, was arrested July 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
