MSU alumni golf scramble

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. (Mason County) — A Michigan State University Mason/Oceana counties alumni golf outing is being held Friday, Aug. 15 at Lakeside Links Golf Club on Chauvez Road. The four-person, 18-hole scramble starts at 1 p.m. and anyone is welcome to participate. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mason/Oceana MSU Alumni Association.

The cost is $65 per person (non-member/limited member); $50 per person (platinum golf member); $35 per person (platinum golf and cart member).

There will be three flights based on 18 teams; $10,000 hole-in-one; special on-course events; 50/50 drawing; mulligans available for purchase; skins (optional); cook-out after golfing.

The tournament coincides with MSU alumni activities that take place during the Pentwater Homecoming, including a tent at Village Pub.
