Felonies
–      Tyler Joel Griffin, 23, of 907 S. Madison St., Ludington, was arrested April 26 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. A preliminary conference is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
Young
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Terry Lee Young, 32, of 8307 Madison Rd., Hesperia, was arrested July 4 by OCSO for a felony of fleeing a police officer, fourth degree and counts of operating while intoxicated and habitual offender, second offense. A preliminary conference is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Yager
–      Derrick Andrew Yager, 25, of 611 S. Harvey St., Shelby, was arrested July 3 by OCSO for a felony of sex offender – failure to comply with reporting duties. A preliminary conference is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Bryce Andrew Herkner, 22, of 1308 Jackpine Way, Kalamazoo, was arrested June 30 by MSP for a felony of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. A preliminary conference is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
–      Kevin Fistler Kreta, 22, of 3797 Penninsular Shores Dr., Grawn, Mich., was arrested June 30 by MSP for a felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. A preliminary conference is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
