HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Sullivan

–      Daniel Francis Sullivan, 22, of 571 Trevino Ridge, Ft. Mitchell, Ky., was arrested June 29 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of controlled substance possession (narcotic or cocaine) less than 25 grams. A preliminary conference is set for July 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Chicago, was arrested June 28 by MSP for a felony of controlled substance possession (narcotic or cocaine) 25-50 grams. A preliminary conference is set for July 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

–      Joann Marie Foley, 44, of 501 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested June 28 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Mary Joann Bills, 27, of 781 S. Chestnut St., Reed City, was arrested June 27 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Oleg Livit, 35, of 1045 E. Breckinridge, Ferndale, Mich., was arrested June 28 by MSP for a misdemeanor of chemical agents – nitrous oxide – selling/distributing. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jacob Lee Swain, 22, of W. 2808 Ewing Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested June 28 by MSP for a misdemeanor of chemical agents – nitrous oxide – selling/distributing. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Thomas Steven Marvin, Jr., 18, of 2387 McMillan Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested June 29 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      Sergio Ramon Escamilla, 21, of 5648 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested July 23, 2012 by MSP for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Kaylee Marie Hoffman, 22, of 4340 Hayes Rd., Shelby, was arrested June 28 by MSP for a misdemeanor of chemical agents – nitrous oxide – selling/distributing. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Brandon Dean McCann, 23, of 511 S. Courtland, Hart, was arrested March 29 by HPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Brian Michael Francour, 22, of 16118 76th Ave., Tinley Park, Ill., was arrested June 27 by MSP for a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Sarah Marie Shortsle, 17, of 5973 Maple Bent Trail, Allendale, was arrested June 26 by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
