HART – The following were sentenced this week in 78th District Court:
– Tracy Lynn Miller, 31, of 3751 Washington Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty June 30 of operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; $1,665 in fines and costs; six months probation; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to counseling/testing/searches required by probation officer. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) with an occupant under 16 years of age was dismissed.
– Timothy Lee Veltman, 30, of 6475 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; $1,175 in fines and costs; six months probation; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to counseling/testing/searches required by probation officer. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Isidoro Flores-Gomez, Jr., 19, of 263 W. 6th St., Shelby, was found guilty June 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,205 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of transporting open intoxicants and one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) were dismissed.
– Collin Anthony-Neal-Eugene Dodds, 21, of 3578 W. Harrison Rd., Hart, pleaded no contest June 30 to receiving and concealing stolen property, over $200/under $1,000 (a chainsaw). He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs.
– Jamie Fay Miller, 44, of 5487 Brunswick Rd., Holton, was found guilty July 1 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; substance abuse evaluation; and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Franklin James Welch, 29, of 2550 W. Northland Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty June 30 of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; $1,040 in fines and costs; and Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE). Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Jose Reyes Borjas-Huerta, 24, E. Fox Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; AHSE; and $515 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of driving while license not valid or improper license dismissed.
Cheryl Lynn Roquemore, 64, of 417 Washington St., Hart, was found guilty June 30 of disorderly person – jostling. She was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $450 in fines and costs.
