HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:
Felony
Kelly
– Mark Andrew Kelly, 30, of 224 Terra Circle, North Muskegon, was arrested May 31 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. A preliminary conference is set for June 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
Misdemeanors
– Ellen Mae Burns, 21, of 6615 Blue Lake Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested April 21 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for June 25 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Jaime Garcia, 21, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby, was arrested June 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance). A pretrial is set for June 25 at 4 p.m.
– Abran Farias, 25, of 514 S. Dryden St., Hart, was arrested June 1 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS – let suspended person operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 2:15 p.m. Previously posted bond is continued.
– Wayne Arnold Johnson, Jr., 53, of 4395 W. Grant Rd., Shelby, was arrested June 10 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Joseph Darnell Mitchell, Jr., 22, of 3280 W. Plum Rd., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 20 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance). A pretrial is set for June 25 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Vincent Edward Bajtka, 25, of 9151 Ann St., Apt. 28, Hesperia, was arrested April 2 for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance). A pretrial is set for June 25 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Einar Wayne Erickson, 79, of 1333 Lakeshore Drive, Muskegon, was arrested June 4 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of failure to report an accident. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Raymond Lloyd Waller, 24, of 31636 Pembroke St., Livonia, was arrested June 10 by the Department of Natural Resources for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for July 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
