Hansen’s team wins Hansen golf challenge

SHELBY — Senator Goeff Hansen (R-Hart) and his teammates Luke Johnsen, Todd Fox, Eric Fox and Todd McCallum won the Goeff Hansen Golf Challenge Scramble at Oceana Golf Club Friday during perfect weather conditions.

The Hansen team shot 15 under par 58 to win by four shots over the second-place team of Gary Bailey, Sr., Gary Bailey II, Skip Massucci and Matt Witkowski, who scored 62.

Third place (tie): Rick Seaver, Jeff Cussimano, Kevin Lloyd, Jim Minx – 66 and Bobby Moone, Anna Mooney, Peter Wills – 66

Fifth place – Mickey Knight, Bill Burke, Christine Shearer, Lynn Owen – 68
