Felony

HART — The following were arraigned June 4 in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Lundberg

– Joseph Ryan Lundberg, 26, of 1306 Walsh St., Midland, was arrested May 3 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, force or coercion. A preliminary conference was set for today at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Mitchell Ray Efaw, 20, of 1728 Ann St., East Lansing, was arrested May 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kenneth Lee Franks, 29, of 4272 S. Virginia Dr., Muskegon, was arrested May 24 by OCSD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Brooke Nicole Campbell, 33, of 732 W. Michigan Ave., Marshall, was arrested May 24 by the Rothbury Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Rodney Paul Beecham II, 35 of 7429 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury, was arrested May 21 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). In a separate case, he was arrested for the same offense May 25 by the Michigan State Police (MSP). A pretrial is set for June 17 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Rueben Maxie Quinto, Jr., 43, of 91 Second Ave., Muskegon, was arrested May 25 by MSP for a misdemeanor of medical marijuana, improper transportation in a vehicle. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Ramon Lopez Escamilla, 48, of 504 S. Union St., Hart, was arrested May 24 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance). A pretrial is set for June 17 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Casey Jesus Melchor, 24, of 578 Harvey St., Shelby, was arrested May 24 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Erika Romero, 34, of 1047 Pineway St., Ludington, was arrested May 24 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Sean David Strait, 47, of 18270 Hickory St., Spring Lake, was arrested May 24 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Patrick Scott O’Donnell, 24, of 5312 Ellison Rd., Belding, was arrested May 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Daniel Lee Luce, 32, of 2130 N. 34th Ave., Fountain, was arrested Sept. 20, 2013 for a misdemeanor of larceny $200-$1,000. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Alexandra Diane Zancy, 22, of 46362 Woodall Rd., Shelby Township, was arrested May 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of allowing a suspended/revoked/denied person to operate. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Robert James Murphy, 24, of 1563 48th Ave., Shelby, was arrested May 11 by MSP for a misdemeanor of violation of a restricted license. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Shane Gregory Gale, 23, of 39804 Dequindre Dr., Sterling Heights, was arrested May 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
