Arraignments as of April 30

HART – The following were arraigned this week in front the 78th District Court Magistrate:
Misdemeanors
– Fredericki George King, 57, of 3193 W. 108th Ave., Grant, was arrested April 12 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a misdemeanor of and driving while license suspended. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Patricia Marie Todd, 64, of 3154 Pawnee Trail, New Era, was arrested, April 4, by the Michigan State Police for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
