HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Jared Lincoln Albus, 19, of 2951 N. 56th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 14 of larceny less than $200 and sentenced to $591 in fines, costs and restitution and 93 days discretionary jail.
– Raymond Lee Stafford, 24, of 875 Menominee St., Norton Shores, was found guilty April 14 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $525 in fines and costs. Driver’s license suspended 180 days, restricted 150 days.
– Sara Lynn Tice, 19, of 140th Ave., Rothbury. Was found guilty March 31 of larceny $200-$1,000 and sentenced to one year discretionary jail and $440 in fines and costs.
– Robin Lyn Dodge, 42, of 3182 Tahoe Tr., New Era, was found guilty April 14 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and sentenced to outpatient treatment; 180 days discretionary jail; no alcohol for six months: and $1.425 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Shawn Michael Rosencrans, 20, of 4431 S. 184th, Hesperia, was found guilty April 14 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to outpatient treatment; 1,140 in fines and costs; and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high BAC was dismissed.
– Coty Thomas Schaab, 19, of 1471 Wesley Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty April 14 of controlled substance, possession of marihuana and sentenced to one year discretionary jail and &925 in fines and costs. Driver’s license suspended 180 days, restricted 150 days.
– Craig David Overla, 29, of 5427 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty April 14 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and sentenced to one year discretionary jail $400 in fines and costs. Driver’s license suspended 180 days, restricted 150 days,
– Mitchell Sydney Fuller, 24, of 2217 E. Taylor Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 14 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and sentenced to one year discretionary jail and &400 in fines and costs. Driver’s license suspended 180 days, restricted 150 days.
– Michael David McPherson, 23, of 5582 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty March 31 of larceny less than $200 and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.
– Melissa Rose Lemons. 34, of 1893 N. Dickenson Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty March 31 of assault and battery and sentenced to 03 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.
– David Lee Ackerberg, 27, of 785 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty April 14 of assault and battery and sentenced to 92 days discretionary jail; six months probation; and $1.000 in fines and costs.
– Courtney Deanne Grey, 18, of 5582 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty March 31 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and sentenced to one year discretionary jail; $925 in fines and costs; and six months probation. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jose DeJesus Marquez-Morales, 37, of 529 Fowler St., Shelby, was found guilty April 16 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Melissa Rose Lemere, 21, of 407 E. Melendy St., Apt. 1, was found guilty April 16 of improper plates and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $215 in fines and costs.
– Cory Michael Cummins, 29, of 2282, W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 16 of DWLS and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
