78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78^th District Court:

–       Adam Blake Riddle, 24, of 523 S. Water St., Hart, was arrested April 4 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for April 29 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–       Catherine Marie Lopez, 45, of 216 Electric Ave., Battle Creek, was arrested May 15, 2008 by Michigan State Police (MSP) and arraigned April 16 for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for April 23 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Jesus Ramiro Cavazos-Salinas, 20, of 481 Fowler St., Shelby, was arrested April 5 by HPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–       Andy Huu Bui, 18, of 2918 Foxboro Ln., Holland, was arrested April 3 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of operating an ORV in a closed area. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–       Reynaldo Junior Trevino, 35, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested April 9 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–       David Joseph Nargis, 54, of 4986 N. Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was arrested April 11 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for April 23 at 11:130 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–       Collen Ray Griffis, 21, of 418 S. Union St., Hart, was arrested April 9 by HPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS/allowing a suspended person to operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 3:15 p.m. No bail.

–       Edward Arthur Deplae, 22, of 2679 Strand Rd., Muskegon, was arrested April 5 by Rothbury Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS/allowing a suspended person to operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Donald Leroy Achterhoff, 71, was arrested Feb. 11 by MSP for a misdemeanor of assault and battery and arraigned April 16. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Roger Leroy Beggs, 56, of 13 Courtland St., Hart, was arrested April 5 by HPD for a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
