Area under severe thunderstorm warning

Saturday, April 12, 2014. A severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect for Muskegon, southeastern Oceana and Newaygo counties until 5:30 p.m. At 4:58 p.m. a severe thunderstorm was located near clear lake and moving east at 45 mph. There is a hazard of 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. 

Tonight, rain likely with few thunderstorms. Low of 46 degrees F. Winds, south at 5 to 10 mph. Rainfall of over an inch possible.

Sunday, April 13, 2014. Cloudy with rain likely. A thundershower is possible as well, especially in the morning. High of 57 F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 80%. Rainfall around a half an inch.

Sunday night, heavy thundrestorms with a low of 36 F. Winds, north at 15 mph.
