78th District Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced this past week in 78th District Court:
– Bruce John Panzl, 61, of 1718 W. Clay Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty March 31 of operating a motor vehicle without security and sentenced to $440 in fines and costs and one year discretionary jail.
– Elsie Mae Mitteer, 54, of 4110 W. Baker Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 31 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to $1,155 in fines and costs; and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed.
– Clinton Lee Bond, 29, of 1047 E. Madison Rd., was found guilty March 31 of non sufficient fund (NSF) check, $100 or less and sentenced to $450 in fines, costs and restitution; and 93 days discretionary jail. One count of NSF $100 -$500 was dismissed.
– Nathan Paul Ray, 28, of 4559 N. 68th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 31 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Donald Wayne McCallum, 32, of 5136 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty March 31 of DWLS and sentenced to nine days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the SOS.
– Leonard Richard Burch, Jr., 42, of 5770 W. 7th St., Hart, was found guilty March 31 of second-offense domestic violence and sentenced to 30 days in jail; $965 in fines and costs; six months probation; one year discretionary jail; and no contact with the victim.
