Teaching hotness, cool jazz

SHELBY — The Hot Club of Detroit jazz group conducted a workshop Friday afternoon at Shelby High School. The workshop was sponsored by West Shore Community College’s Performing Arts Department and included 300 students from five schools: Shelby, Pentwater, Hart, Ludington and Mason County Central.
