3 sentenced in 78th District Court this week

HART – The following were sentenced this week in 78^th District Court:

–            Michelle Renee Hildebrandt, 44, of 8059 W Seapine Dr., Mears, was found guilty March 17 of operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State.

–            Brandon Allen Loss, 20, of 405 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty March 17 of larceny less than $200. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $80 in fines and costs.

–            Joshua John Roberts, 34, of 4615 N. 188th Ave., Walkerville, pleaded no contest March 17 to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to one year discretionary jail; six months probation; and $965 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence and one count of assault by strangulation were dismissed.
