HART — The City of Hart will host gubernatorial candidate Donna Brandenburg (R-Byron Center) Sunday, May 15, from 2-4 p.m. at the Hart Commons in downtown Hart where she will meet with area residents and community stakeholders, said Hart City Manager Rob Splane.
In the event of inclement weather, the visit will be moved to the City of Hart Community Center at 409 S. State St.
Brandenburg is among 10 republicans running in the governor’s race during the Aug. 2 primary. The primary winner will run against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Lansing) in the Nov. 8 general election.
