27th Circuit Court sentencings, Oct. 14, 2019

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Fred Austin Tanner, Jr., 32, of 69 S. 56th Ave., Mears, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Oct. 7 to 22 months to four years in prison with credit for 381 days served in jail and $4,079.15 in fines, costs and restitution. The court does not oppose Special Alternative Incarceration (SAI) or “boot camp.” Probation, which stems from a June 6, 2016 conviction of assault with a dangerous weapon, is revoked.
– Neil Curtis Thybault, 38, of 10350 Crouse Rd., Hartland, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 12 of third-offense operating while intoxicated
(OWI) and was sentenced Oct. 7 to 15 months to five years in prison with credit for one day served in jail and $870 in fines and costs. The court does not oppose SAI/boot camp. Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Jesse Thomas Meyette, 35, of 821 N. Darling Ave., Fremont, was found guilty of probation violation and was
sentenced Oct. 7 to one year in jail with credit for 162 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Nov. 20, 2017 conviction of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams, is revoked.
-Jordan Jeffrey Chester, 24, of 9103 E. Hawley Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Oct. 7 to nine months in jail with credit for 142 days served and $458 in fines and
costs. Probation, which stems from a Feb. 11, 2019 conviction of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams, is revoked.
– Armando Gregerio Gutierrez, 30, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 12 of failure to register as a sex offender and was
sentenced Oct. 7 to six months in jail with credit for 106 days served and $398 in fines and costs.
– Gavin Joseph Krueger-Swanderski, 23, of 6137 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Sept. 30 to 210 days in jail with credit for 90 days served and
$1,790 in fines, costs and restutition. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 7, 2019 conviction of malicious destruction of property, is revoked.
– Tammy Lynn Burow, 56, of 7959 72nd Ave., Pentwater, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 5 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was
sentenced Sept. 30 to 90 days in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $690 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
