No one injured in chain reaction US 31 crashes.

GRANT TOWNSHIP – Four separate vehicle crashes occurred at the same time and place Saturday, Dec. 1, at 8:40 a.m. on US 31 near Winston Road, said Michigan State Police Sgt. Charles Hockanson.

No one was injured, and all of the crashes were one-vehicle crashes, Hockanson said. Two of the vehicles rolled over, he said.

The chain reaction crashes occurred as motorists apparently were trying to avoid the vehicle that previously crashed, he said.
