HESPERIA — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is searching for a 50-year-old Hesperia man who has been missing for approximately a month, said Sgt. Charles Hockanson.

Christopher Ora Eitniear, of 8864 Loop Rd., faces a felony charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) force or coercion and a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree CSC – force or coercion in Oceana County, according to court records.

Eitniear is 5′ 10″ tall, 180 pounds, with short red hair and blue eyes, according to the Facebook page “Find Chris Eitniear.” He worked for Nestle Products in Fremont as a reserve operator, according to the Facebook page.

Eitniear was arrested last March by the state police on the CSC charges, according to court records. He was free after posting bond, which was set at $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Eitniear is considered a missing person at this point and not a wanted fugitive, Hockanson said.

If anyone has information as to his whereabouts, they are asked to call to the state police at 231-873-2171.
