HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court, including five defendants facing felony drug charges stemming from their arrests at the Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury last June:

Felonies

– Angela Rose Masotti, 20, of 78 4th Ave., Broomall, Pennsylvania, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felonies of possession of methamphetamine and possession of analogues. Preliminary conference: Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Travis Lee Henderson, 22, of 1312 Howard Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of possession of methamphetamine. Preliminary conference: Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Shane Andrew Boedeker, 30, of 18659 State Route 41, West Union, Ohio, was arrested by SSCENT for a felonies of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic.

– Conner Michel Lentz, 21, of 2616 Poine Vedra Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, was arrested by SSCENT for felonies of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and two misdemeanor counts of possession of schedule 5 drug/LSD, etc. Preliminary conference: Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Mitchel Robert Ellis, 25, of 6045 Lake Ruth Dr., Dundee, Florida, was arrested by SSCENT for felonies of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and delivery/manufacture of schedule 1, 2, 3 drug. Preliminary conference: Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Jodi Lynn Tuttle, 57, of 2297 Apache Drive, Shelby; Oct. 20; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 8 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kriss Flores, 42, of 1599 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; Oct. 20; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jodi May Smith, 33, of 214 S. Courtland St., Hart; Oct. 18; OCSO; two counts of operating while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16. Pretrial: Nov. 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kyle Gerald Hiscott, 36, of 104 S. Rush St., Pentwater; Oct. 19; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Nov. 8 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jessica Lyne Bush, 30, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; MSP; fourth-degree child abuse. Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Collin Ray Bush, 32, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, Lot 16; Sept. 24; OCSO; operating without insurance and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Nov. 8 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Roy James Alltop, 45, of 3745 S. 132nd Ave., Hesperia; Oct. 3; MSP; assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Troy Adam Fessenden, 44, of 2898 N. Bass Lake Rd., Pierson, Michigan; Sept. 24; DNR; snagging fish. Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Nicholas Jay Pickard, 28, of 3645 Cedar, Twin Lake; Oct. 8; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
