HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Christian Rodriguez, 21, of 20 Mechanic St., Hart, was found guilty May 2 of domestic violence and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with the victim; six months probation; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by probation; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with probationers or felons; and $925 in fines and costs.

– Kellie Jean Perry, 22, of 325 E. Dale Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty May 4 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Eloy Ramos, 42, of 5512 Newaygo Tr., Apt. 4, New Era, was found guilty May 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS dismissed.

– Christina Rose Williamson, 35, of 461 Main St., Apt. B, Hart, was found guilty May 3 of operating without a license and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS dismissed.

– James Brian Tatro, 53, of 5315 148th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” May 2 to reckless use of firearms and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; guns to be forfeited to the state; and $200 in fines and costs. One felony count of possession of firearms by a felon dismissed.

– Jessica Nichole Tienda, 24, of 509 Church St., Hart, pleaded “no contest” May 2 to attempted larceny $200-$1,000 and sentenced to 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs. One count of common law fraud dismissed.

– Joselyn Diana Lubbers, 18, of O-1850 Lake Michigan Dr., NW, Grand Rapids, was found guilty May 3 of transporting open intoxicants and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs. One count of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Christopher Lawton Whitlow, 18, of 206 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty May 3 MIP and sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
