HART – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:
– Paul William Marvin III, 32, of 5312 S. 90th Ave., New Era, was arrested June 2 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 23 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Jeremy Lee Johnsen, 27, of 1737 S. 44th Ave., Shelby, was arrested May 31 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Susan Marie Page, 54, of 601 Valley St., Shelby, was arrested May 31 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: July 14 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
