HART — A 22-year-old Hart man pleaded no contest to second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) Monday, March 16, in 27th Circuit Court.
Isisoro Rosas, Jr., was arrested last month by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on three felony counts of second-degree CSC – person under 13.
