HART — A 22-year-old Hart man pleaded no contest to second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) Monday, March 16, in 27th Circuit Court.

Isisoro Rosas, Jr., was arrested last month by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on three felony counts of second-degree CSC – person under 13. In exchange for his plea to the first count, the other two counts were dismissed. The sentencing guidelines for his conviction are 0-11 months, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joe Bizon.

The maximum penalty for a second-degree CSC conviction is 15 years in prison. The alleged incidents occurred over a period of time in Elbridge Township.

Rosas is free on 10 percent of a $15,000 bond. His sentencing is set for May 5 at 9 a.m.
