HART — The Hart Police Department is investigating two gas drive-offs over the holiday weekend.
The first one occurred Thursday, Nov. 27, at 9 p.m. at Dave’s Party Store, resulting in the theft of nearly $40 in fuel. The second drive-off took place at BP Friday, Nov. 28, at 3:20 p.m., and almost $15 in gas was stolen.

– 2:15 p.m., property damage accident, Oceana Dr. near Tyler Rd.
Friday, Nov. 28, 2014
– 12:30 p.m., domestic assault, 500 block of Water St., no arrests.
Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014
– 2 p.m., a 40-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) and a 32-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a warrant issued in Muskegon County, Polk Rd. near Griswold St.
