SHELBY — To help reduce the pet overpopulation problem, Companion Animal Veterinary Service is offering Tom’s Last Dance, Oct. 30.
It is a low-cost cat neutering clinic for male cats that are at least 4 months old and in good health. The cost is $30 per cat, and it is for Oceana County residents’ cats only.
